What on earth are you letting them do to your kids ?

Parents have a great love for their children, nurturing them till they are ready to deal with the challenges of life. This nurturing includes their physical, mental and spiritual needs. 

It’s important to try and keep a sense of normalcy by keeping healthy routines.

Including keeping regular bedtimes. It’s normal for children to experience sleep problems during times of stress. Some may have trouble falling asleep, or may feel anxious, maintaining a consistent bedtime and regular nightly routine is helpful.

Try amd make sure your child goes to sleep and wakes up at the same time each day.

Help your child to unwind and relax, read to your child or listen to an audiobook with them. Give some additional physical affection, hugs and kisses at night, particularly, if they need reassurance from you.

It’s important for screens are turned off an hour before bedtime as the blue light can interfere with your child’s sleep cycle.

Make sure that as the parent you also take the time to unwind and relax. Good regular sleep is just as important for you.
